Simplify form pre-filling with verified operator data

The Form ID API allows an online service to obtain a set of information associated with a mobile or internet account from their operator. This information can, for example, be used to automatically pre-fill an onboarding form. The transmitted data are:

  • Civility
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Postal Address *
  • Date of Birth
  • Email

* Billing postal address of the mobile contract

How does it work?

        User initiative

        The user carries out an online journey using their mobile line or their operator's internet account.

        Pre-fill proposal

        For security purposes or to perform a specific task, the website offers the user to retrieve the information associated with their mobile account only.

        Consent and validation

        After consenting to the processing of their data, the form is automatically pre-filled, and the user can proceed with their journey.
