Simplify form pre-filling with verified operator account data

The Profile Attributs API allows an online service to obtain a set of information associated with a mobile or internet account from their operator. This information can, for example, be used to automatically pre-fill an onboarding form. The transmitted data are:

  • Civility
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Postal Address *
  • Date of Birth
  • Email

* Installation postal address of the box

        The user carries out an online journey using their mobile line or their operator's internet account.

        For security purposes or to perform a specific task, the website offers the user to retrieve the information associated with their mobile or internet account.

        After consenting to the processing of their data, the form is automatically pre-filled, and the user can proceed with their journey.
