MIGRATION TO THE vGWK PLATFORM
This migration enhances the performance and reliability of our services
Launched in September 2026, the migration to the new vGWK virtualized platform is part of SFR Pay’s infrastructure modernization strategy. This transition affects all offerings that include SMS services via the Kiosque Gateway.
This transition aims to enhance service performance and reliability by delivering three key benefits:
-Improved availability : Thanks to a virtualized infrastructure, service continuity is optimized to meet current robustness requirements.
-Enhanced stability: The platform’s modern architecture significantly reduces the risk of incidents related to physical equipment.
-Optimized monitoring : The deployment of the end-to-end SMPP protocol (replacing the legacy UCP protocol) enables more reliable data exchanges, comprehensive tracking of delivery notifications, and facilitates the development of new solutions for software providers.
Partners thus benefit from a modernized infrastructure while retaining the same SMS processing capabilities and delivery conditions.
All of our publisher partners have been informed of this change. SFR Pay is actively supporting its partners throughout this phase to prepare for the necessary technical changes and ensure optimal service continuity.
